How to Sort Assets?

You can sort assets based on Visual Bank Reference ID, Description, Tags, Size, Downloads and Upload Date either in ascending or descending order.

1.  On the Home page, select the folder, the assets of which you want to sort.

2.  Click the Sort icon with up and down arrows, on the top right above the list of assets.

3.  Select the up or down arrow in the required sort option from the dropdown list. The available options are Visual Bank Reference ID, Description, Tags, Size, Downloads, and Upload Date.  The up arrow sorts the assets in ascending order and the down arrow sorts the assets in descending order.

Based on the sort order you selected, the assets are sorted and listed.
