How to Control Access to Folders?

As an admin user, you can easily control the user’s access to folders.


1.  Click the Settings icon on the top right corner of the page.


The Settings section is displayed. 



2.  Click Users in the left side menu.


The list of all users is displayed on the right side.


3.  Click the name of the user you want to edit the permissions.


The details of the selected user are displayed.



On the right side of the user’s details, you can see the permissions that can be set to the folders.


The available permissions are Read, Download, and Write.


Permission

Access Level

Read

Read only access. The user cannot download or edit the assets of the folder.

Download

This access allows the user to read and download. They cannot edit the assets of the folder.

Write

Full permission to the folder so that the user can read, download and edit the assets of the folder.


4.  Simply click the permission that you want to set for the user to the specific folder.


Based on the permissions set, the user is granted or denied permission access to the folders.
