1. Addition of Select All / Deselect All
Option to Select All / Deselect All permanently visible on bulk actions.
2. Fixed Downloading options appearing when perfoming bulk actions.
Removed a hidden link that was causing issues with bulk actions options, which appearing to let you download assets rather than select them.
