You can regain access to your Visual Bank account by initiating a password reset if you have forgotten your password.
1. Navigate to the Visual Bank portal using the provided link.
The Visual Bank Login page is displayed.
2. Click Reset password.
2. Enter the email ID registered in the Visual Bank portal.
3. Click Request password reset email.
The reset password link is sent to your registered email.
4. Navigate to your registered email address and open the email with the password reset link from Visual Bank.
Note: If you do not see any mail from Visual Bank, check your spam folder or try with another email address.
5. Click the verification link in the email.
6. Enter the new password for your Visual Bank account in the Password field and then reenter it to confirm in the Confirm Password field.
Note that a strong password will have:
a minimum of 8 characters
at least 1 number
at least 1 uppercase letter
at least 1 lowercase letter
at least 1 special character like !, @, #, $, %, ^, etc
7. Click SEND.
The Login page is displayed.
You can now use the new password to sign in to your Visual Bank account.
