How to Reset Password?

It is necessary to reset password often to keep it secure. 

1.  Click the Settings icon on the top right corner of the page.

The Settings section is displayed. 

By default, the Personal Details page is displayed.

2.  Click Reset Password.

The dialog to change the password is displayed.

3.  Enter the new password in the text box.

4.  Reenter the password to confirm the same. 

Note that a strong password will have:

• a minimum of 8 characters

• at least 1 number

• at least 1 uppercase letter

• at least 1 lowercase letter

• at least 1 special character like !, @, #, $, %, ^, etc

5.  Click Submit.

The new password is set for your Visual Bank account.
