You can view the detailed asset information and also edit the metadata related to the asset.
1. Select the folder of the asset that you want to view.
All the assets in the folder are displayed.
2. Click the asset you want to view.
The detailed asset information is displayed.
The various information related to the asset and the actions that can be performed on the asset are given below.
Field | Description |
File Information | Shows the core asset information like Folder, VB Asset ID, Original Filename, File type, Uploaded Date, Dimensions, and Download Count. |
Metadata | Allows you to edit the metadata related to asset like Headline, Description, Copyright, Keywords, Photographer, Instructions, and Rights Usage. |
Tags | Allows you to click on the relevant tag buttons to toggle them. |
Activity | Shows the complete log of activities related to the asset. |
Move location | Allows you to move the asset to the required folder. |
Delete asset | Allows you to delete the asset. |
Archive | Allows you to archive the asset. |
Carousel | Enabling this feature allows you to define |
Selection | Enabling this feature allows your asset to be selected for quick asset actions on the Home page. |
Download asset | Allows you to download the asset. |
Zoom In & Zoom Out | Allows you to zoom in and zoom out the image. |
Home | Allows you to move back to the Home page. |
