How to Archive Individual / Multiple Asset(s)?

Modified on Thu, 15 Jan at 1:36 PM

Archive is a secure area where assets can be stored out of day-to-day use. Users without Write level access won't be able to see archived assets, making it ideal for images you want to keep for record purposes but don't need regularly.

If an asset is needed again it can simply be retrieved from the Archive and returned to active use.

You can archive an individual asset or multiple assets at one go.

Archiving an Individual Asset

1.  Select the folder of the asset that you want to archive.

All the assets in the folder are displayed.

2.  Click the asset you want to archive.

The detailed asset information is displayed.

3.  Click the Archive option in the left-side menu.

4.  Click Archive Asset.

The asset is now archived.
