How to Delete Individual / Multiple Asset(s)?

You can delete an individual asset that is no longer used or required. You can also delete multiple assets at one go from the Home page.

Deleting an Individual Asset

1.  Select the folder of the asset that you want to delete.

All the assets in the folder are displayed.

2.  Click the asset you want to delete.

The detailed asset information is displayed.

3.  Click the Delete Asset option in the left side menu.

4.  Again click Delete Asset.

The selected asset will be removed.

Deleting Multiple Assets

You can also delete multiple assets to a folder in one go. To do so, you need to be on the Home page.

1.  Navigate to Home page.

2.  Select the folder, the assets of which you want to delete.

3.  Click Delete Assets in the Asset Actions menu.

4.  Select the assets.

Note:  If you have not selected the assets, a notification is displayed. 

5.  Click Yes to delete the assets.

The dialog asking you to confirm the deletion is displayed.

6.  Click Yes.

The selected assets will be removed from the system.
