How to Move Individual / Multiple Asset(s) from a Folder to Another?

You can move an individual asset or multiple assets to a different folder. 

Moving an Individual Asset

1.  Select the folder of the asset that you want to move.

All the assets in the folder are displayed.

2.  Click the asset you want to move.

The detailed asset information is displayed.

3.  Click the Move Location option in the left side menu.

4.  Select the other folder to which you want to move the asset.

The asset is now moved to the new folder.

In a similar manner, you can also move other assets by navigating to their pages. 

5.  Use the scroll button on the top of the page to navigate to the asset page and follow the same steps to move the asset. 

Moving Multiple Assets

You can also move multiple assets to a folder at one go. To do so, you need to be on the Home page.

1.  Navigate to the Home page.

2.  Select the folder, the assets of which you want to move.

3.  Click Move Assets in the Asset Actions menu.

4.  Select the assets.

Note:  If you have not selected the assets, a notification is displayed. 

5.  Select the folder to which you want to move the assets.

The dialog asking you to confirm the moving of the assets is displayed.

6.  Click Yes.

A confirmation message is displayed. 

7.  Either close the dialog or navigate to the folder.

The assets will be moved to the selected folder.
